The subscription fee for 1 Year New Subscription of Singapore Online EHS Legislation Updating Service is SGD720.00 complimentary with 2 access user and updates. Additionally, we are providing unlimited downloads of EHS legislation from our website.
2. Which other countries EHS Updating Service do EQS Technologies provide?Top
Beside Singapore, we also providing Malaysia and Philippines EHS Legislation Updating Service. The subscription fee for 1 Year New Subscription of Mlaaysia and Philippines is SGD 600.00 each.
3. What do I receive when I subscribe to the EHS service?Top
You will receive a User name & Password via email to access the online EHS Legislation Handbook. To access online, you have to login to EHS website http://www.ehslaw.net.
4. Do I get the print copy of the legislation when I subscribe to the service?Top
The print copy of the legislation is an optional purchase at SGD180.00 nett excluding the courier charges. For courier delivery service of the print copy in Singapore, there is a SGD20.00 charge. You may also self collect from EQS Technologies' office. For overseas orders, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 5. How do I subscribe to the Updating Service?Top
You may download or submit the Subscription form from the website and send back the completed form to EQS Technologies either by email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fax number: (65) 6221 9612. The activation of the online subscription is upon clearance of the payment.
6. What are the modes of payment?Top
You can issue a local currency cheque made crossed and payable to "EQS Technologies Pte Ltd". However, any bounced or returned cheque will be subjected to an administrative charge. We do not accept credit card payment.
7. Will I be able to access the online EHS Legislation Handbook before payment is made?Top
You will not be able to access the online EHS Legislation Handbook if payment is not made and received.
8. When will I receive my User name and Password?Top
You will be received your User name and Password via e-mail upon clearance of the payment.
9. Can I change my password through online?Top
Yes. You may change your password through the system by logging on to the website or email/fax us the request form to change Password.
10. What must I do if I forget my User name or Password?Top

11. How can I check my subscriptions expiry date?Top
You will receive the 1st notification e-mail one month in advance and the 2nd notification e-mail 2 weeks in advance before the due date.
12. What are the procedures to renew my subscription if it is expiring soon?Top
You may download the renewal form from the website and email or send us your completed renewal form before the expiry date to renew for another 1 year or 2 years from the date of expiry.
13. How much is the renewal fee?Top
The renewal fee for 1 year and 2 years are SGD 450/- and SGD 720/- for Singapore and SGD300/- and SGD500/- for Malaysia and Philippines respectively.
14. What should I do if my membership has expired?Top
You will not be able to access the online EHS Legislation Handbook until renewals payment had been received.
15. How often are the updates?
For Singapore, the updates are every quarter and you will be notified via email. For the others 2 countries (Malaysia & Philippines), the changes or updates to EHS legislation may not be so frequent, therefore may not have alerts to changes every quarter.
16. What if I forget to review the updates after notification?Top
The updates are archived in the website. Hence, you can access previous updates/changes made anytime.
17. Do I get a print copy of the updates?Top
You will receive an email notification when the updates are uploaded to the EHS website, http://www.ehslaw.net. Just log into EHS website with your User name and Password and you can view the summary of the changes that have occurred in the previous months. The changes are incorporated into the chapters online, thus the online version has the most updated information.
18. Can I download the changes/updates?Top
You may download the changes/updates for your corporate reference. However, the documents are only for your internal use. EQS Technologies reserves the right to take legal actions if there is an abuse of the system.
19. Is there a summary of changes updates in addition to the periodic quarterly updates?Top
In addition to our quarterly updates email, occasionally we do send out additional emails if there is any critical change of law.
20. How many people in my company can access the Online EHS Legislation Updating Service?Top
For each country subscription, 2 users per company are able to access the online EHS LegislationHandbook. Subscribers are strongly advised not to share their User name and Password. Once the system detects a concurrent log-in, the designated User may encounter problems with log-in thereafter.
21. What should I do if I need more than 2 access users for my company?Top
You can add users up to a maximum of 6 users per company. The subscription for each additional user is SGD200.00 nett for the first year. Subsequent renewal rate is SGD150.00 nett per user for each year.
22. Are all the legislations pertaining to the Environmental, Health and Safety available on this site?Top
We only provide the guidelines but not the actual law due to copyright restrictions.
23. The latest updates September 2006, but why currently I am only able to view June 2006 updates?Top
Usually it is due to residue data in Internet browser's cache. You may do "IE - tools -Internet options - General - Temporary internet files-delete files- clear history" to get the latest updating information.
