These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ehslaw.net, operated by EQS Technologies Pte Ltd ("EQS").

Subscriptions grant access to EHS legislation content for the subscribed term. Access is for the subscribing organisation's authorised users only and may not be redistributed.

Content is provided for compliance reference and is not legal advice. EQS makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but does not warrant completeness.

Fees are payable in advance for the chosen term. Renewals are offered before expiry. Refunds are handled in accordance with EQS's policies.

EQS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
